Simple Appetizer for the Grill
Bruschetta with Tomato

• Tomatoes
• Extra-virgin olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper
• Basil
• Choice of bread

• Peel and seed tomatoes.
• Toss with extra-virgin olive oil and salt and pepper.
• Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes. 
• Brush quality bread with olive oil.
• Either grill or broil bread until it's nice and crusty.
• Top with tomatoes, and garnish with basil.
